The D150 BTA Digital 2 is a more powerful laser sheave and pulley alignment tool, which provides a live digital readout.  The transmitter and detector are each attached to one of the sheaves in a matter of seconds.  The transmitter generates a laser plane parallel to the reference sheave.  The detector reads the position in relation to the laser plane and provides a live digital display of both the offset and angular value.  This digital display makes the adjustment very simple, and also means that you can align within prescribed tolerances and rely upon the result.

For customers who already own the D525 shaft alignment system, the D200 BTA Digital is the perfect laser sheave/pulley alignment tool.  This system shows live adjustment readings on the D525 display unit.  Due to the integration into the D525, readings can be recorded, saved, printed, and transferred to a PC.
